The core trio of ARCELIA is Gavin Alexander, Teresa Gallagher & Simon Foster, now regularly joined by Martin Elliott on bass and Perry White on piano.
Since getting together in 2012, Arcelia's reputation for beautiful songwriting and stunning harmony has begun to spread and they now enjoy a wonderfully busy diary, with gigs such as support & BV's on Chris Difford, (Squeeze) solo tour. Mark Nevin (Fairground Attraction), Scott Matthews, Maddy Prior, Coope Booyes & Simpson, Mawkin, Oysterband at venues such as Green Note, 100 Club, The Bedford, Pizza Express, Folk in the Barn.
Arcelia were asked by Mojo Magazine to record a Beatles cover track with Chris Difford. Simon's arrangement of 'All My Loving' was duly recorded and featured on the August issue.
